Core Values Our intervention in the lives of children is motivated by specific values and a deep sense of appreciation for certain principles. The values of NYAF include the following: Honesty and transparency: being accountable to all levels for the effectiveness of our actions and open in our judgment. Equality and justice: mandating us to work to ensure equal opportunities for everyone irrespective of race, age, gender, sexual orientation, ethnicity, HIV status, disability and religion. Independence: from any political party or religious affiliation. Humility: in our behaviour, recognising that we are part of a broader alliance against poverty

Where We Work
The operational area of NYAF is the Southern province, specifically in the Moyamba district one of four districts in the southern provinces of Sierra Leone. Moyamba has a population of 318,064 in the 2015 census.
